Mutual Mutability

Evening Road

Is it mutual
Do we know
Is it factual

Is it so
Take my hand
And let us go

Up the hills
Down the valleys
Hold on tight
Through dark alleys

Let’s say it mutual
Let us know
Make it factual

Make it so
Take my hand
And let us go

Travel far
Show we know
Embrace the stars
As we grow

  9. I eased right through this. The pace was smooth and comfortable. The repetition brought the senses back around and around. like wheels turning on a journey.

Thanks for stopping by my page to comment. I’m slightly nervous about posting my work in such a large and talented community of poets. Your kind words eased a bit of that anxiety.
