Hello.
I am a creature of habit & enter the meltdown zone at the mere mention of change, but thanks to the encouragement from my ever trusty Assistant & some new-found friends, I am learning to step outside my comfort zone….even if it is one toe at a time! LOL

I’m such a creature of habit I walk in 3 foot deep mazes. So it really takes a mindfulness decision to start the changing process.
